Sunlit Homestay Sapa

I feel very welcomed.The owner/staff were nice and friendly.The location is very near to the Sapa downtown like 8-10 minutes walk only. The only thing is the door of my room is not fix and the toilet sink need to be clean properly as their is stink on it.

The people at NiNi homestay were friendly and really helpful! The facilities are good, what you expect from a vietnamese homestay. The first days were pretty cold so the heated blanket was a life saver! I had an issue with my room and they immediately offered me a room switch which was really uncomplicated. The free breakfast has a lot of options of different omlettes and pancakes. I also booked a 2 day trecking tour with them- 40 Dollars for two days including 2 lunches, dinner, breakfast and the homestay for the night was amazing value for money. The food also offered a lot of veggie options. I would hence recommend staying there, as well as booking tours with them :D

Overall average experience, cheap price was great and also friendly staff. No hot water at all in the room, quite grubby in places, location wise it's quite far up a hill so bit of a walk from everything. You would think being further away from the bars would be quieter but pretty consistent lorry trucks heading up the hill all day and night

Liked the heated blanket, staff were welcoming and helpful and breakfast was nice. Disliked, wifi hardly worked, water from the sink spilled all over the floor clearly the pipe had been broken. Shower didn't run hot and the room stunk.

Very nice, big room. Aside from centre, so no issue with noise from streets. Amazing view from window. Through my stay there was a strong rain in night. And as the room was on top floor, and under metal roof, I heard every rain drop too noisily. It did wake me up. Personell friendly, and helpfull. Menu from breakfast, you can choose from variants of pancakes, or eggs (omelletes...). Could leave my luggage there for time after check out. They can provide a scooter rental, or guided tours.

Really dirty. Mold and fungus in the rooms. No ventilation. Really disgusting. Very nice staff - but so disgusting. Felt uncomfortable staying there

It was very cold in Sapa and the heating blanket kept us alive.
