Situation exceptionnelle pour vadrouiller dans le secteur. Cadre magnifique, reposant qui permet de déconnecter après des journées chargées et de se rafraîchir dans la grande piscine. L'appartement est spacieux, calme absolu, la terrasse et la vue sont un plus. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, aux petits soins. Tout était réuni pour un séjour mémorable.

Super mooie omgeving, je had overal een heel mooi uitzicht. Het zwembad was top! De nieuwe eigenaars deden heel erg hun best en stonden open voor tips. Eén topligging om zowel het zuiden van Toscane als Umbrië te ontdekken.

Assolutamente perfetta. Nella natura e dotata di ogni confort. Il cambio di gestione ha anche migliorato l’atmosfera permettendoci di portare con noi i nostri cani e di conoscere Richard e Jackie, piacevoli, disponibili e discreti! La piscina molto pulita, immersa nel verde. Casale spazioso e curato. Spazi esterni ideali per ogni momento del giorno.

Nulla era tutto perfetto.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und super als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen gelegen. Der Pool hält definitiv, was er verspricht. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind, mit dem Auto, gut zu erreichen. Und alle Gastgeber, die wir erleben durften, waren jederzeit überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke noch einmal!

Ein Ofen wäre toll!

Truly everything is great. The apartment, the pool, the sight. It's quite, but yet close to highway, shops and touristic places. And, of course, the kindness and hospitality of Richard and Jacky

Property is nice, located above the valley with nice view. Good location close to Tuscany and Umbria sites. Pool of decent size. Rooms are spatial.

Garden in front of house has more potential. Not very tasty equipped. Vicinity of motodrom, very noisy during weekend but during weekdays not noticed. Apartment not perfectly equipped. Also, hot water system to be improved as mixing is quite problematic.

"Fantastic long weekend away with family"

The owners Johan & Luca, are fantastic at communication and genuinely lovely people. It was my birthday during the stay and Johan surprised me by coming by our window and playing a birthday song. A very kind gesture and greatly appreciated. He was always available for any help needed and they provided great recommendations. The mill was quiet and peaceful with great views in all directions, well equipped apartments and inviting pool.
