Der Blick ins Tal ist etwas ganz besonderes, den man von der Terrasse beim Frühstück, im Liegestuhl im Schatten oder am Pool genießen kann. Die Anlage ist übersichtlich, trotz anderer Gäste fühlt man sich fast alleine. Der Pool ist herrlich und die Eigentümer sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Klimaanlagen waren perfekt. In unter 30 Minuten ist man sowohl am See & in der Natur als auch in Perugia und kann viel erleben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto weit weg.

Die Küche könnte ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein.

Charming area and a very nice house. Great pool. Very friendly Johan, who tried to make up for the bad first impression caused by a terrible conversation with the second host, Luca (more about that in the 'what I didn’t like' section).

Unfortunately, our experience with one of the hosts, Luca, was disappointing. He reacted very nervously when we informed him that we would be late for check-in (we hadn’t checked the exact latest check-in time). During the call, he was unpleasant, sarcastic, and patronizing — his reaction felt completely disproportionate to the situation. He said it was a big problem for him and even claimed that we might have to check in the following day (!). However, when we arrived, the second host, Johan, was already there and very kind — which made us wonder what the actual problem was. At check-out, there was an inspection while we were present to verify whether we had cleaned the apartment properly. This kind of behavior does not reflect hospitality. We are truly sorry, but we cannot recommend this place.

Super mooie locatie. Trassimenomeer valt echt tegen maar dit maakt alles meer dan goed. Heerlijk om je dag te besteden en te relaxen. Super host Johan👌👍 Heerlijk zwembad. Wij komen, alleen hiervoor, al terug naar deze regio.
