Nothing. It’s not fit for purpose. It shouldn’t be on your site. It’s in a state of disrepair. Our weekend was ruined!

Everything. Outside grounds are horrible, like a bomb site. Inside was worse. Peeling paint on the walls and ceiling. White paint splashed on the brown wooden doors. Uncomfortable beds. Smell of damp. Fungus on walls especially next to food prep areas. Boiler for whole building locked away in a cupboard in our living quarters that was constantly noisy and kept us awake. The weekend was ruined. When I messaged the property they never replied for 24 hours. No refund given then booking.com gave us a measly good will discount of 10% in the form of a credit, what they should be doing is taking the listing down not giving out 10% credits in the hope we book again on their site!

The accommodation was excellent, clean and comfortable, good value for money, this was our 2nd visit and would definitely stay again

clean, cost effective, comfortable, kitchen facilities basic but all essential needs provided for check-in and out very simple rural setting, passing traffic limited the property contact responded quickly when contacted

"good breakfast" available for first booking turned out to be pre-provided, DIY although the instant porridge, which we rarely eat at home, was enjoyed

Everything clean, good location with parking. Decent shower and kitchen was useful, nice carpeted sitting area with sofa, was basic but clean and comfortable. Suited us well. Could walk out of gate and back onto the common, pleasant walk to either town. Really liked it and would stay there again. Cheers.
