Cleaning not good

Worst experience. Only good part about this property is central location.

Very poor rooms. Room lock was not working. There was bath tub and shower inside it. So one has to stand inside the tub to take bath. As a result, there were cracks in the bath tub. The staff who came to put my luggage in room made me feel unsafe by his behaviour. When I asked him phone number to give call in kitchen, he said instead of calling in kitchen, I should call him as he is going to stay nearby my room. It made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe. Then I told person at reception that room is not getting locked from outside and I wanted to go out, he simply ignored me . On my persistence requesting, he asked me to go and he will lock the room. But when I returned back, room was not locked. At 9.30 pm , I gave call in kitchen to ask for fruit juice, they said to call house keeping. I gave multiple calls to housekeeping, nobody responded. Overall worst experience at high cost.

Unhygienic, staff are not friendly at all . Did not get refund of my early check out(1 day before original check out).Moreover Charged extra for early check in . AC didn't t work .

Everything could have been better, from front desk staff to house keeping staff. Only the good thing about the hotel is the location rest Everything sucks. Highly advised not to visit its not the worth. Waste of money

The rooms were not clean, no services were properly provided, the kettle was not given then asked to provide the kettle which was not working. I was staying with my sister they didn't allowed visitors as it was just for 5mins relatives/friends nearby would definitely come and meet, I don't know what was the reason to be specific not allowing visitors. Room cleaning service was not provided. Water bottles were not given I had to ask for each and every water bottles. Overall it was not at all value for money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
