Location good, staff good, breakfast best....

We were not given room with bathtub initially. After complaint we were shifted to a room with tub which did not have bottom plug to stop water and no curtain between tub and wc. No hot water on 1st day. 2nd day after complaint we were shifted to room with tub but no hot water in the tap. We were given bucket of hot water to manage our bath. DOOR locking systems were not working at all. Is this your hotel selection by your site. I did not complain immediately as I was in pune for very important work. Please do not suggest us such hotels in future.... Or else we will not use your booking app. The stay was a total mess.
