It would be better to book an OYO room than this hotel, it is a very bad hotel. The taste of the food was also very bad, there was less milk and more water in the tea, only leaf tea was given by saying masala tea, the light board was also bad. The ac was also not working properly in the room, and the remote of the ac did not have any buttons, and there was no fan in the room. I am putting the photo of ac remote of the room in the lobby option, because more than 1 photo is not being uploaded, waste of money. Not recommended to any

We missed our breakfast timings but the staff was kind enough to offer us something real quick without any extra charges. It was really sweet of them to make sure that their guests do not leave on an empty stomach. Thank You!

Orchard Hotel is great, they have clean rooms, beautiful views, comfy beds and most facilities are up to the mark. What could need a little work is how you deal with the dampness in the bathroom and the electrical switchboards as they were tough to operate. A guideline on how to work the Television in the room and to just keep a check if the telecom is always operational. Again, these could have been a small glitch for our stay but overall its a lovely place. Good Job, Orchard Hotel.
