Perfect location. Cosy warm & comfortable cottage. Lots of nice eating places. Interesting places to visit. Warm, friendly people. Moffat is a lovely market town with lots of history.

Can't think of anything not to like...We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, well equipped and very clean. Would recommend.

Only negative was the steep stairs and the small landing at the top but do understand this is part of a quaint old house.

"Two nights in Moffat"

The property is in a great location for the centre of Moffat.The decor is of good quality and is very nicely done.The kitchen is well equipped , and has tea, coffee washing up liquid etc. There is a varied selection of reading material/ dvds.In general, it was clean and fresh smelling.

Although requested, communication regarding entry to the property was not sent, (by mistake ) leading to a delay of 30 minutes, in getting in.Not great with no phone signal/ internet connection, trying to contact property admin.Luckily another phone did have signal, and all was sorted. Although it was clean and tidy, there was some food from previous guests found under one of the single beds, including a punnet of blueberries ! The threshold between the twin room and stairs requires attention.There are screws protruding higher than threshold, which caught on my socks.I covered these with tape, to protect bare feet going to the toilet at night ! The mattresses could do with upgrading...toppers might help !
