Whimsical Wonderland Cottage Retreat near Peak District

This cottage was cute, we loved the Alice in Wonderland Theme throughout. The cottage was very well equipped with all the things we needed for our stay. It was nice and warm in the cottage when we arrived. A very cosy comfortable place to stay. Thank you for the welcome gifts on arrival a lovely touch. Our hosts, Sarah and Brendan, were brilliant, ensuring we were enjoying our stay, and accommodated us on our request for checking out. We 100% recommend this property. Thank you

Wonderful things about this property - * Hosts are extremely friendly & super responsive. * Alice in wonder land theme is just delightful & gives the cottage a quirky unique feel. * Lovely bathroom with good shower, hot water & good pressure. * The country view from here was wonderful. * The beds mattresses are super comfy & good quality. * Facilities were great. * Hosts left lovely treats I was thankful for. The fudge was delicious & the Alice tea I’ve given as a gift to someone before, so it was nice to have it gifted back to me. 😊 * The cottage felt peaceful & private. * It was clean & cosy & had a nice big country style kitchen sink. * Hosts provided essentials (including kitchen roll) yaaaay. * Lots of sheep seeing. Don’t hesitate to book 🦩

There was nothing I didn’t like, albeit my sister did not enjoy the parking 😂 possibly because of the hill & it being a little bit of a squeeze. Though that’s nothing to be put off by. The area is also a little remote but would be fine if you drive or have brought the things you need….
