The lounge area was very nice. Derek was very helpful in showing us how to download the app to get into the property and room. Great price and nice room for the most part for the short time we stayed.

It seemed like every time I went into the bathroom I would see a bug crawling. Also, you have to make sure your phone is charged in order to use the app to gain entry into the building and the room.

On the pictures they have totally different property. The property mentions different address to which I went it was not the actual place for me to stay. I got message a day before on how to do the self check in where they were mentioning the address which was not actually the one mentioned in their booking listing, which is basically for them to attract people I guess. I was supposed to take a key from the hanging box outside, but the key was not there. There was a number in their message so I had to call and ask the actual person to check me in. Good thing is that it was daytime. I do not know what would have happened if that was night. The city felt unsafe! The location was good of the place where they checked me in instead saying that the original place had some water problems and that I was upgraded to the larger place. It was a cozy one bedroom apartment with the studio living room. It was safe because it was behind 3 doors (main entrance, the door for the staircase and the apartment door, and all of them had different keys to lock). In the end it waws good, but first I wasn't sure and wanted report the owners, but the apartment was quite normal. I think they should change the pictures and the address on the app too, so people know where they are going. it was a second floor.

La información de booking decía que el alojamiento estaba disponible desde las 00 horas para el ingreso, pese a que en varias oportunidades mencioné que estaría allí entre 1-2 am, los administradores no respondieron de manera oportuna y clara sobre esta situación, llegué a la dirección que está en booking y allí nadie me esperaba a la madrugada, tuve que contratar un hotel cerca a esta dirección y luego cuando por fin responden, me envían a un apartamento a 3 cuadras de la dirección que ofrecían en booking.
