The location was good. The staff were excellent and the room size was great.

I like being able to in a safe place..being able to get in at anytime. Security was 😇.

It was ok 👍. I Will stay again. Was some problem but it was doable.

I can’t comment on the specific property as I was moved to a different location on arrival - see below - but the apartment I stayed in was in a great location near inner harbour. Check in was easy and the person who met me was very helpful and friendly.

I booked the apartment with security in mind, and as a solo woman traveller this was my main priority. Upon arriving in Baltimore I was told there was a water issue and I had been upgraded, and to head to a completely different address. Although the new apartment was a great space and in a location which was actually better for me, it did not benefit from being in a managed building with reception area etc. Upon reflection, I would have appreciated more transparent communication on the issues.

Love the size of the unit, the building amenities and the indoor parking and location of the building it’s superb Unit was very clean and customer service was very professional

Location of the property was incredible, within 30 feet of the convention center. Indoor secure parking was great. Place was spotless.

- bed was super comfy - washer/dryer in the unit - downtown location was central - parking in the garage was easy - large fridge - heating worked great in the unit - secure building - on-site contact was friendly - got upgraded from studio to one-bedroom - the city view was pleasant - no-frills value lodging

- pillows were flat - window blinds were very worn - walls need a fresh coat of paint - turned on the oven and smoke came out - on-site contact forgot to leave my keys in the unit

Price offered was great. Availability of parking was an added bonus

My reservation was cancelled last minute with cursory explanation. This caused considerable restructuring of schedule, and increased expense for room and parking at another facility Money was refunded, but the lack of empathy or any perceived effort to reach out to try and "make it right" was unfortunate

Place was large. Staff was nice. Parking was convenient.

The property was not clean. I received a foot fungus from staying there. Please wear shoes indoors if you must stay there! Also, the pictures made this look like a hotel or a clean place. This is like an old furnished apartment. If I had an accurate representation of this place, I would’ve 100% passed!
