excellent hotel and staff.

No any other services are available other than stay.

Worst experience , staff were very rude , hotel was in very bad condition, flooring was getting out with every step we are moving, we request them for one extra mattress which was in very bad condition torn but they didn't give that on paying 1500 for one extra mattress but they refused, talking in very bad tone with clients, bed was very small not 6ft by 6ft

- I checked out early. I did not take any breakfast, so can't comment on the breakfast. - Location is very near to the Prayagraj main station, within walking distance. Good restaurants available within walking distance. - Room was good and airy (2nd Floor), and decently cleaned. - Found the staff easy-going, and they helped in getting a room ahead of schedule (check-in time is 12PM or so, got the room by 10.30AM after a short wait at reception). Thanks very much to the lady receptionist for this :)! - E-rickshaws and Uber drivers can easily find the location.

- Bathroom could have been cleaned better. - I didn't get hot water even with the geyser in the bathroom, but didn't mind since I was going to the Sangam anyway

No basic facilities were provided not even drinking water or water glasses . The staff were very rude and had no experience whatsoever in hospitality.

The hotel was filthy. Nothing close to anything shown in booking.com Even the hotel name is not the same. Now it’s rename as Santosh Palace, booking.com still using the old name, which is misleading the customer. Bedroom and toilet is very unclean. The Property doesn’t accept any card, cash only . Looks like its run by some scammers.
