They don’t have kitchen… I booked for stay + breakfast package.. but breakfast was not provided Considering ongoing Mahakumbha crowding, it was a good stay, Room size, AC, toilets part was above average..

They asked full payment in advance for both the rooms while 50% advance payment was already made to confirm both the booking . One of the room was supposed to check in later and we said payment will be made once I checkin but they refused. Hotel is very old. No proper maintenance at all . Wooden sheets on the floor are peeling off . Water is dripping from the roof with plastic bucket kept on the floor to collect the water . Bathroom condition is pathetic . No room amenities such as toiletries, towel etc. Bathroom door was broken. Mattress was very old. Mosquitoes inside the hotel and lift. Lift is very small. What’s is shown in picture in app while making the booking is completely different in real. It’s misleading. All furnitures are old and not sufficient furniture available inside the room. No proper assistance at reception .
