The lodge enforces a quiet policy from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Location

Team : The staff were dismissive and even mocking when I expressed concerns about potentially dangerous animals on the path. Restaurant : very poor quality and they refused drivers guides to eat with customers !

Die Zelte und das Camp ist schön.

Bei der Buchung wurde uns zweimal mitgeteilt, dass wir die Conservation Taxi von $ 70.80 andere Reception bezahlen müssen. Als wir beim Eingang vom Ngorogoro Nationalpark waren, konnte unser Guide den Eintritt und die Durchfahrt nicht erhalten, da wir einen Token benötigten und den nicht hatten, weil wir vorab diese Conservation Taxe und der Eintritt bezahlen mussten was wir aber nicht wussten. Auch konnte die Unterkunft nicht telefonisch erreicht werden. Nach über 4 Stunden warten und unser Guide alles unternommen hatte, bekamen wir diesen Link und wir konnten die Conservation Taxe und die Taxe für den Ngorogoro Krater bezahlen und endlich Durchfahren und kamen dadurch erst am Abend in der Lodge an!!! als wir dieses Problem dem Manager mitteilten er sagte er ganz ruhig, dass wir heute bereits die zweiten wären, die dieses Problem hatten und es immer wieder vorkommt. Fazit: die Taxe kann nicht an der Rezeption bezahlt werden und muss durch die Safari Agentur getätigt werden

"IMPROVE GUIDES ACCOMMODATION THEY ARE NOT SLAVES"

The location is perfect especially during the presence of the great Migration around December - January

Guides/ drivers quoters need improvement, given the location with no alternative for another affordable lodge for the guide . It never clicks my mind why lodge owners don’t respect driver guides who drive their clients to their lodges. Guests always want to know where the driver had a good night rest , but the state of tents is below minimum standards The shower was completely broken. The same in ikoma lodge . Unfortunately guides silently ignore bad experiences
