Queen room spacious.

Some old stuff fixed as it would be… limited tableware in the kitchen.

Location perfect, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The variety of food for breakfasts. Staffs are helpful. Rooms are big and spacious, the views from our rooms are spectacular. Thank you to all staffs, especially engineering staffs who did their best to fix the AC in our room.

Breakfast buffet are often cold even though there were lots of variety. The AC in our room was broken, in the middle of the night we need to move to another room, which was smaller than our previous room, very disappointed. The building and facilities such as swimming pool and jacuzzi need to be renovated. The fact that there wasn't a baby crib is also a negative point, every establishment needs to have them.

There are so many things that I wish to feedback. 1) There are no tissues in both our rooms (we booked 2 bedrooms deluxe - apartment). 2) No mirror in one of the room. 3) The toilet has a very strong foul smell and we suspect its because of the pipe choke. They even wrapped the pipe with a red plastic bag and maybe that was the reason there was foul smell. 4) My sister who booked another 2 bedrooms deluxe had bad experience with her room. There was no water supply in her room on her check out day. She and her family had to wash up using mineral water bottle and imagine four of them have to inconveniently bathe using mineral water. This is really very bad. 5) Both me and my hubby reached the restaurant for breakfast and we were the first one to reach. To our surprise, there was no air con and we saw your staff just switched on the air con about 15mins later. 6) During the buffet breakfast, some of the items are still not served and most of the food are cold. The sausages are cold. The only hot ones are the porridge and the dim sums. And worst of all, the bread pudding was served half only and not full! Does that mean that you all served the balance pudding that was served the previous night?
