Good location, good view from the apt 2516

Ac at the bedroom does not work very well Dirty and so noise. In the midnight the AC just turned off suddenly and a bit difficult to turn on again...need to restart the power

Pros - location, lovely linen/towels, view from room, very friendly staff, spacious rooms. Cons - cigarette smoke in breakfast area, food was average/ok, waiting time for elevators, bathroom could have been cleaner.

Solid budget apartment hotel. It’s functional, rooms are spacious, and clean. Despite having a loud family next to us, the walls were quite insular, blocking out a lot of noise.

Room is great. Good view.

The SPA wasn't working at all. They didn't know when it was going to work during my whole stay. A full room of laundry machines was also under maintenance for the whole time. It looks more like they don't care at all. Breakfast had a lot of options, but most were cold although they have heaters below which are often not working. Only 2 elevators and it takes a lot to arrive.

The check-in experience was smooth and quick; staff was friendly, and free refreshments were available upon checking-in. The view from the room was amazing. Location wise, it is close to many malls.

The doors are thin, so you could hear people walking past your room. One of the towels smelled and our air-conditioning didn't work properly on the first day. Some of the kitchen appliances looked old and dirty.

Stayed here the 2nd time, this time booked myself onto a smaller Studio room. It's perfect for staying alone and even though with only 1 AC, it is cold enough. Appreciate the staff at breakfast area for providing special meal for a few of my long staying Indian colleagues.

Would be good to have more selection of tea in the room. The elevator is taking long time, especially when there are events held at the meeting rooms. Waiting for the elevator at the lobby without AC had made the experience worst. Would be good to have some Bluebirds cab on standby as it took a while to hail a cab on the day I needed to go to the airport.
