"Great value and very convenient."

Big room. Hotel is kept very clean. Staff are lovely.

Biggest down fall is the 2 lefts are very busy and congested. Room was a little noisy ... both external noise and other guests.

Location is the only USP. The room service is something which is dealt with a whatsapp method and there is no real easy way to reach the front office quickly. However the rooms were quite ok and almost gave a house feel.

Staff can certainly be a lot more service oriented. They appeared a bit passive and had templated answers.

Overall stay was good!

Just need to take care of the ACs. It seems like a problem the past two times we stayed there. Although, the problems were resolved, we think if the AC were maintained well, guests will be satisfied without having to ask for maintenance to come to the room to do some work on it.
