Hampton Inn Atlanta-Peachtree Corners/Norcross

Room, and bath tub were not clean, towels were old, bath and vent fan was loud and noisy. The lift was terrible and you need wait longer to get on it due to its slowness and it was very bad. Water Breakfast was not good and horrible. I am deeply disappointed by the stay in the hotel and the price I paid. complementary water bottles will be given to only diamond and gold members.

Elevators were broken and I had to carry my bags and family bags down 3 flights

La recepcionista no fue agradable, parecía que mi presencia le incomodó cuando llegué al mostrador, el personal no es amable te los encuentras en el elevador y no saludan, el elevador siempre está muy ocupado tarda en ascender el día que me venía tuve que bajar con mis maletas cargando hasta el lobby porque no funcionó el elevador

The pool was nice. We arrived late and only had an hour to swim but it was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable.

Some of the property was dated. Our room was clean for the most part but you could tell it is not deep cleaned often. Dust/debris in corners, shelves that are used less often etc.
