"Nice staff & heated pool, but..."

When we pulled back the cover our first night, there was a large blood stain near the pillow. Then, at midnight, their heavy body wash bottle fell completely off the wall, banging into the bathtub 4x. The 4 of us were sound asleep and jumped up, convinced that the sound was someone breaking down the door to our room!
