Tidelands Caribbean Boardwalk Hotel and Suites

Loved the staff and the food and staff at the pool bar were amazing. Beds are super comfortable.

I really have nothing bad to say

I stayed in a double queen balcony room with a kitchen. Bring 1 frying pan, and a small sauce pot there's 1 normal size electric burner and one small burner. Ypu walk in and it is a single bed with TV at each end divided by a large jet spa type bathtub having bathroom and the kitchenette. It's the typical small mini fridge but that's enough for ocmd. The room was very large considering the 2nd bed area had a pull out sofa also. Good beds, pillows, typical hotel stuff is there. It was basically 2 rooms combined into 1. Great large bathroom. Definitely recommended and already booked again for my next vacation.

Only a few minir complaints. I booked 2 rooms side by side, 1 room was updated and 1 room was outdated. They did not have same kitchen essential utensils so bring what you need to cook. 1 room was missing a shower curtain, staff claimed they would bring me 1 but I never got it and we stayed for 3 nights. TV's are not smart so no streaming cartoons for the little ones, cable card on desk claims 100 channels but maybe 20 work. One elevator didnt work the 1st day but was fixed that night. Can't check in at 2nd buildings counter desk so must go to boardwalk building to check in. Everything was great overall.

Horrible service. Not clean.

Staff was very nice

Bathroom was not clean woke up to a trail of ants on the counter which was very disturbing.
