Tidelands Caribbean Boardwalk Hotel and Suites

Room size was exceptional. We had a double king and was plenty spacious for 5 adults. Hotel bar and pool located in the suites building( we had a room here ) was amazing! Off street parking was a bonus but did get crowded at points. Staff were amazingly friendly and the manager did help us with a small issue we had with our room and comped us for the inconvenience without even asking for that. ..she went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard!

We were not informed that we had to call ahead for any kind of housekeeping of which we didnt learn til the day before we left.( sun-fri stay). We also had to ask for washcloths ( none in room )and more towels as there wasn't enough for 5 guests that were booked for room. We had a kitchenette but had to make due with the little supplies to cook and eat on. ( we called ahead to ask if this was furnished, it was but again 5 guest and only a service of 3 at best.

Location was great and it's worth it for what you pay.

The bathroom was gross, the room didn't feel clean, room service left our door open twice when they finished, and randomly both our keys stopped working.

Pool bar was amazing.

Surprised at check-in that hotel now charges $20 per day for parking now. AC and min fridge did not work in room and bathroom sink clogged.

The rooms were a nice size. Great location!

The room could use a new couch and the outdoor chairs were really dirty or stained.
