Very kindly allowed early access to the property to help us get to a funeral on time.

Parking difficult

Beautifully presented and comfortable house. Double bed was The Best. Nicely quirky decor. Close to town. Great for the canal!

No WiFi and no TV streaming. Hairdryer and coffee machine would've been fab! Lacked practical bits... like bin bags, tea towels, shelving in bathroom... bathroom door didn't close.

Double bedroom and twin room. Comfy beds. Easy to check in with lock box code. Couple of problems throughout the stay but quickly sorted by very prompt responses to my messages.

Parking is tricky, very congested road to park on with not very many spaces. Made easier on the weekend as can park on both sides of the road.

Excellent location with parking. The property was well equipped and furnished with tasteful decor.

It wasn’t a problem for us but we were unaware that the bathroom was on the third floor with very steep stairs which may pose a problem for some guests.

Nicely thought through and designed. Like the colourfulness.

Full bin in kitchen with no bag and someone else's chip supper, full dishwasher with dirty dishes, sheets not changed from last visitor although bed made to look as though it was. Pillow smelled overpoweringly of after shave. Likewise with the towels, and, this is the cruncher, one had huge skid marks on it. Did tell the owner and was promised a refund but that has not arrived. I've never experienced anything like this before. There was no soap on kitchen, nor washing up liquid. It was all surface and no care.

Location is OK. 15 minutes to high Street by foot. Beds comfortable. Nice and quiet street. House pleasantly decorated. Logs supplied thanks. Overall good stay. Back yard really nice.

No cutlery in kitchen apart from what was set-up on dinner table. Log burner full of ash from last guest. Staircase very steep and only toilet/bathroom on 3rd floor. Parking a bit tricky. No aerial for TV but Wi-Fi for streaming.
