La Belle Residence Self Catering Accommodation

The location is good, 6 min walk to Beau Valon Beach

We did not have an air conditioner for all the 3 nights here. I must admit we asked a compensation and we received it. There are cockroaches all over the kitchen and the living room all the time! The service guy who came for the air conditioner got plastic, dust, dirt, insects and mold in our belongings on the table below which he could have just asked for us to move… Otherwise there is guy who opened the house, he is quite polite and responsive, we didn’t saw the owner.

Very nice place. Spacious, clean and very comfortable here. Good hosts and staff. We will definitely come again

Location is great, very near to Beau Vallon beach, rooms are huge.

First time we stayed in a Self Catering Accommodation, it was home from home, spacious, clean, 5 minutes walk to the Beach or Supermarket , Restaurants and other amenities a short stroll away. Can't wait to go back

The balcony and the big windows

The timing of acceptance procedure. There was none at the accomodation waiting for us, although the arrival time was c ommunicated in advance. We were more than 1 hour outside the apartmant waiting for the key.

Very spacious unit over two levels, the one with the splash pool. Without the pool, the heat would have made a stay a lot less enjoyable. A gas BBQ grill was a welcome variant which you do not get in many places. The unit was well equipped with all necessities, kitchen was great, all neat as a pin - would visit again.

The aircon in the main bedroom battled to keep the room cold, an aircon in the downstairs lounge would have been a major advantage - but the place is spacious, so would require a massive aircon unit.

The place itself was very nice and comfortable. Apartment looks like in the pictures, very spacious, lots of necessary facilities.

I would have preferred a better isolation (for example balcony border) in the first floor apartment. The view was basically to the parking lot and people upstairs were moving around the garden. There was no balcony border as in the pictures. The apartment isn't very soundproof but it didn't bother much. The beach is very close, but you have to walk about 500 meters to find the small bridge to enter the beach, since the other entrances are owned by private property.
