Backup-Powered Elegant Mountain View Apartment

Localisation proche de Kloof street et Bree street. Immeuble sécurisé avec des gardiens 24h/24 assez sympathiques.

Plusieurs problèmes de base qui gâchent l'expérience 1. La clim était cassée, inefficace (ne permet pas de refroidir l'appartement) et bruyante - problème signalé pendant le séjour mais non résolu 2. Le système d'évacuation de la douche est mal construit ce qui crée des débordements à chaque douche 3. Le simple vitrage n'isole pas du bruit de la rue (voitures, boites de nuit) 4. Manque de réactivité du personnel sur la communication avant et pendant le séjour (plusieurs relances nécessaires pour avoir des réponses) 5. Odeur de marijuana dans le couloir venant d'autres appartements

Apartment was as described. Friendly security at the door and agency were very communicative and helpful. Personally I loved my stay in the apartment and didn't want to leave! :))

For me it was ok but the sliding doors are single glazing so if you're sensitive to noise, you might be disturbed by the music and people outside... but this is downtown CPT after all! ;)

It was close to everything so very accessible

The property itself was beautiful and cozy would definitely book it again without a child this time though , On the downside, we kept having complaints about the aircon dripping water into the apartment but was never attended. The room seems to have not been cleaned before we came in… We found boxers next to the bed, there was cutlery under the coach, cupboard door was very loose…Having a toddler we thought if we reported those earlier they would be attended to but they were not…

Loved everything, the staff, the apartment and the location is very convenient.
