This property located in a beautiful area. It is quiet, clean, lots of security and the host is amazing. They respond promptly if you have questions and provide clear check in/check out instructions. I recommend it hands down! Great stay ;)

La vista espectacular que tiene.

-close to water activities for a hype up bioluminescent plankton paid excursion along a mangrove lagoon. -it is 7 stories high apartment building so you can walk inside the floors right after eating if too hot or rains outside . basement parking available. - the ocean view/ breeze is great for meditation or yoga lovers - do it in the roof top -HVAC Oven top bedsheets clean, and functional. -Each floor has a separate trash room. - 2 full size bed , bed sheets is soft

- outside construction noises machineries etc early morning 7-12 - dated furnitures cabinets kitchen utensil/tools toilet washbasin , sliding doors ( can’t lock from inside) ironing unit not functional. Fridge rusted dated. -microwave door has rust inside -sewer underground plumbing bath towels smelly and dated ( we requested for new ones) - balcony poor site boat parking for 60 ppl x2 - toilet flush kitchen sink drainage were slow leaving a residual smell in the room this place seriously needs to have a makeover. Sorry just my honest opinion. -kitchen cleaning supplies not new , we requested for dishwashing soap, new dishwashing scrub, dish towels

The view from the apartment is absolutely priceless and truly the highlight of the stay. Also, the rooms were clean upon arrival.

The place is showing its age with rust and wear everywhere. Everything felt old and rusty. There are metal bars on the door which made us feel like we were leaving a prison cell every time we went out. The kitchen was uninviting, so we had no desire to cook there; also, while there was a coffee machine, no coffee was provided. The balcony furniture was so rusty it was unpleasant to sit on, and one end of the balcony was cluttered with dirty beach gear (chairs, etc.) that we didn't even want to touch. Lastly, the pool area looked unclean, so we decided not to use it at all.
