The staff was very courteous. They have gone their ways to accommodate the guest for comfort. The rooms were clean as expected with proper toiletries. The staff made me feel like home away from home whereas the in-house dog Jimmy was worth taking a walk beside. Great locality and transportation was easily accessible.

The problem is with the franchise Fab hotel chain. They are providing the room at a very low cost which has its own default. There were small cockroaches in the room and if they increases the price of the room to a bare minimum standard, these problems can be solved and more guest can be occupied. On the other side, maintaining a property like paint of the walls and bare minimum standard can be taken care of but due to the price, it is not possible.

The room was infested with cockroaches and various insects scuttling across every surface. The once-white linens were stained and disheveled, clearly indicating they hadn't been cleaned or replaced in quite some time. The air was thick with an unpleasant odor, and the overall environment felt neglected and unhygienic. Every corner seemed to harbor unwelcome critters, making the space feel uncomfortable and uninviting.

The bathroom does not close properly without a latch; the drawers do not close correctly, and the wardrobes are in poor condition.
