At 10:30 of 3rd February 2025 Fab Hotel Eminent Suits Banjara Hills Hyderabad cancelled my booking in spite of payment was made on 1st February. According to them my payment was not reflected in their system upto 3rd of February. They cancelled my booking while my payment was done in their system. Very unprofessional and irresponsible gesture shown by them. When I contacted them they advised me to contact Booking.com
