The beds were comfortable with good linen and doonas.

It was disappointing there were no basic items, such as laundry detergent, coffee pods for the coffee machine. The apartment block is unclean with rubbish in the elevators. The apartment was also unclean, with rubbish left in kitchen area.

Facilities were amazing, easy to get to, easy check in process

Good location for ponds forge. Good facilities, kitchen and bathroom.

I found the beds very uncomfortable, you could really feel the springs in the mattress. Just two small things - the plug in the bath doesn’t work and the washing machine drawer desperately needs a clean

It was clean and tidy and well arranged. Has a parking space which is convenient. This is a funny one but plenty of toilet tissues, most places are stingy with loo rolls !!!

Unfortunately, there was nothing to like.

Although the outside of the building is modern the interior is very untidy and looked like something out of a 1980's council estate. The interior of the apartment didn't meet the photos provided. It is very worn and shows no signs of general maintenance and upkeep. Our main issue was the cleanliness. The apartment was very dusty and grubby. After 1 night we had to leave due to all three people staying having bad chests and coughing the next morning.

The apartment was on sight clean but some areas could really have done with some attention. The window balcony glass was dusty and the microwave had some much better days. Couldn't find where instructions to the cooker were.

Much more relaxing than a hotel, great amenities and location. Easily contactable the hosts.
