The Room was excellent, location was really good. You are in the middle of everything and despite being roadside you cannot hear the outside noise.

It was difficult to upon arrival, I had contacted the property ahead of time that I would be dropping off my luggages early to which the agreed and that was the good part. i contacted them that I was down stairs and ready to drop off my bags but it was very difficult to get a hold of someone but the caretaker finally arrived after maybe 20 to 30 minutes of me waiting in the very crowded lobby. Upon the second time flushing the toilet, the toilet tank did not refill anymore and thus could no longer Flush, I had to call the caretaker and they arrived and turned on the water. This should have been done already before the guest arrived, to avoid any embarrasing situations. I accidentally dropped one of the towels on the Bathroom Floor and called the care taker if I could have just one extra towel, to which she replied that it would be 100 pesos, this was not a big deal but I felt that they were vary money hungry and without customer service at all. On the last day I was running a little behind in my Check out and I called the caretaker if I can Check out 1 hour later than the stated time, to which she replied that would be 100 pesos and hour. I then replied through text, I told her "You want extra money for everything, you want money for extra towels, you want money for extra time on check out, but I did not even make an issue with your electric Kettle being very dirty when I tried to make hot water for my coffee, I did not even complain that there is a Yellowish liquid inside it and extremely foul smell coming from it. And all you guys want is extra money for everything. After a few minutes she replied, "Oh its okay sir if you want to check out a little late, no extra charge, its just that I was so busy working that I did not manage to read the entire message". YEAH RIGHT!!!! I told her I took photos of the kettle and the smelly liquid inside it.

The nearby 7/11, and coffee shops

-The staff is difficult to communicate. Does not answer calls. -room is not the same as advertised. Its published as two beds but you'll get one bed with pull out bed only. -room looks untidy and unclean from the previous guests. Beddings/sheets/pillows are crumpled. most of all, i think theres cctv inside the room. We temporarily left the property at 8am bringing our luggages since were supposed to drop it somewhere, but planning to return by 10am to wait until checkout (12pm). When we went back by 10am, they are cleaning the room already!!! Like how did you know no one is inside?

Our 2 nights were great and amazing, Everything we need is in there. Less hassle Thank you.

The amenities were very useful. we were able to cook using the electric stove and rice cooker, to warm our drinking water using the electric kettle, to store our food in ref, and to reheat using the microwave, all were available in the room. The view from the window shows the sea and CCLEX, refreshing to the eyes. The bed and pillows are comfortable, with the retractable bed useful for our kids. Wifi connection is good. Fresh towels were available, useful for using the pool. We liked that there is a kiddie pool and small play park beside the pool. Because we had a long stay (14 days) we had free room cleaning.

The points below are about the building, not really the room: 1. Track the day when the pool is not available. 2. Track how many people can avail the pool per rented room per day. 3. There are only 4 elevators available in the building, which has more than 50 floors.
