I waited for 3 hours and no one helped me when moving into the apartment. I waited with small children for 3 hours on the street. I called them 20 times and no one answered my phone.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience spending New Year’s 2025 at the Orangehomes apartment in Budapest. The apartment is cozy, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, toaster, and all the necessary kitchenware. The sleeping arrangements were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep for everyone. A lovely touch was the bottle of Asti waiting for us upon arrival, which made the start of our stay even more special. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to the Green Freedom Bridge, making it easy to explore Budapest. The only small issue we encountered was that there are two streets named Urkel in the city, and we initially went to the wrong address. It would be helpful to mention in the listing that the apartment is specifically located at Urkel Utca 14a. Thank you for your warm hospitality—we would love to stay here again!

In the app used for registration, the address was listed as Urkel Utca 14, not Urkel Utca 14a. A small detail, but it led us to a different street, which is located 10 km away from the apartment.
