Extremely well located, the apartment offers everything you need. It is clean, spacious, quiet, with a balcony in the inner courtyard that has trees. It is possible to park underground, but it is a separate matter. There is an elevator and permanent reception. Access to the apartment is easy, without contact, communication is in writing, via email and prompt. In the immediate vicinity, restaurants, pubs, fast food, pizza, for all tastes and more, Nagy Vásárcsarnok, a 4-minute walk away, which on the upper floor offers a multitude of rustic locations with traditional food, which I think it is the most authentic place for traditional food :). The central area starts from the moment you leave the building, and there are many places to visit, starting nearby. For espresso drinkers, there is a Nespresso machine!

- to receive an answer to the request for parking :). I solved it, for a fee, thanks to the kindness of the person at the reception; - if we announced and paid, that we are 3 people (2 adults + 1 child), it was much better to have 3 towels.

location is nice

kinda dirty and used. but most locations are like this so ... there is a nasty smell when you get out of the apartment the place where you leave the key can be opened with any code booking checkout time is 10-11AM, the host will say its 10AM latest, extra is 10E/h payable with cash only

Good location between 2 Metro (Fovam Ter & Kalvin Ter), walk few minutes to Central Market Hall or Kalvin Ter on the opposite side for airport bus. Property looks same as photos with large living room, balcony, a bedroom and a well equipped kitchen. There are lots of eateries nearby. Glass entrance door offers clear vision and security. Can leave luggage at Euro5 per pc. after check out time.

Some confuse of door code sent by host, email code is different from the info sheet inside property. Lucky that the host is easy to reach either by email or phone call to solve the problem. The bedroom has a desk, a wardrobe & a cube cabinet but the bed is positioned against the wall without any side table/night stand which is essential. Besides traveller needs a stand to place cell phone for wak up alarm, I have special reason : I have CPAP equipment for sleep apnea. I suggest to remove some excess furniture and reposition the bed with 2 night stands would make a perfect bedroom and avoid climping in and out of bed over another one's body. The washer is not working well, clothes remain very wet after washed.

Centrally located apartment on the first floor but there is a lift so easy to get to with luggage. Balcony looking out onto the garden. Security at the entrance.

The shower bracket was broken so one had to hold the shower head in your hand to shower. This was reported the first day but it was not repaired
