Luxury Edwardian Townhouse in Belfast

Ronan went above his duty with communication and providing a virtual guide for the flat and area. He also recommended a Black Taxi tour and the driver knew him, which was really nice. The house itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Ronan left us a basket of wine and a Belfast Bap (bread) with butter! It was a lovely welcome. The beds are comfortable, the linens soft, the showers powerful, and there were extra pillows as we requested. I appreciated the laundry machine as we were on an extended trip. The flat is across from Ormeau Park where we took a long walk in the morning. There are a variety of coffee shops and restaurants within a few blocks along Ormeau Road. You could walk to the Titanic museum, but we took a quick taxi due to rain. I was able to run around the corner and pick up coffee for all of us while waiting for our taxi to the airport. Everything was very convenient.

I cannot think of anything! I cannot recall if there was a coffee press, but we had brought our own (there was a little single-cup machine we did not use). As typical with these style flats, there are a lot of stairs - not a bad thing, but just to be aware. It is a perfect base to explore Belfast!

Location and price, luxury townhouse.

This is an amazing house off Ormeau Road with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The house itself wasn't far from the city centre and only a short bus or taxi ride away. The house was immaculate, very well presented, spotlessly clean and easy to find. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was tea and coffee available as well as toiletries and towels. The house has been finished to a very high standard and it was the perfect place to stay. From booking the house, the owner, Ronan, got in touch, was helpful and easy to contact, answering any of our queries quickly. We were even able to get in much earlier due to our early morning flight which had been arranged with Ronan prior to arrival. There was a great virtual guide with recommendations and instructions for the house too which was great for our first time here. Ronan had even left us a wonderful welcome basket which was a lovely surprise upon arrival. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Belfast. We got taxis to and from the city centre and this ranged between £7 - £9 but there are plenty of buses off Ormeau Road. The house was a great price, 6 of us stayed for 2 nights / 3 days and there was plenty of space for us all. Overall, this house made our trip so much more enjoyable. It was home from home, and we loved it. We will 100% recommend this house to anybody visiting in future and cannot wait to return to Belfast.

Really lovely house, very comfortable, with excellent facilities, and in a great location. Ronan was really helpful and very quick at replying to queries.

Very close proximity to the city but most importantly the communication and helpfulness of the owner Ronan was just exceptional. A very much appreciated gesture of a welcome basket in the house for us added that personal touch. Ronan's guide to the locality and city centre was incredibly useful. Beautiful home. We had a great stay.

You will find everything you need for your stay at this townhouse. It is conveniently located, and the host provides a lot of information and recommendations. Excellent communication and great amenities!

Neighborhood was great contained everything we needed. Loved the property guide, very helpful about things in the area and allowed us to easily use the bus.

Everything was great, the house is beautiful and feels very spacious for the size.

Taxi / Uber service is unreliable even though you're only 10 mins to city center. Preferable to book this with your own / rental car.

Very welcoming and responsive. Great location. Lots of space and courtesy basket of goodies was unexpected and awesome touch.
