Luxury Edwardian Townhouse in Belfast

We had a perfect stay! Absolutely gorgeous decor, very new and modern. Everything in the property is so well thought out, for example the very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. There were so many thoughtful extra touches to make our trip even better and a very generous and delicious welcome pack waiting on us. The property was spotlessly clean and smelt so fresh. The beds were huge and comfortable and the linens crisp and freshly pressed. The enclosed back garden was so sweet and pretty (it made an excellent backdrop for wedding prep pics) and the property was very spacious for the 5 of us staying. The host was extremely helpful and had great communication, with very easy check-in and check-out processes. There was ample parking out front and the property was well located for local eateries and shops, with a fab bakery just a few minutes walk away. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again; thank you so much Ronan!

Nothing, it was perfect.

House is beautiful and well appointed. Ronan was a perfect host--quick to respond to questions and stocking the house with everything you need to start your vacation, including a bottle of wine. Nearby is a grocery store, several good restarants and a beautiful park. We even walked home from Town Hall. Highly recommend.

Be prepared to walk stairs!

An immaculate house within walking distance of the city and next to a lovely park. Bread and wine left for our arrival which was much appreciated, Ronan couldn’t have been more helpful before and during our stay. A highchair and travel cot were provided for our granddaughter at no extra cost and all the fixtures and fittings are well thought out and exceptionally clean. All in all a perfect stay for us!

The house was much bigger than we expected. Great kitchen and lounge with a big table seating 6. Big rooms with very confortable beds. We ate both in and out, and Ronan's information site was very handy, with recommendations for both the neighbourhood and Belfast. A great place to stay! Thank you.

The host left a little welcome pack which was a lovely touch. The house was very clean and decorated lovely. The sheets were crisp and white and felt like a hotel. The host provided information by scanning a QR code which was very helpful for the local area. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Belfast.

I cannot say anything negative about my stay

From booking to the day of check out was flawless. Communication with Ronan was great, gift basket with goodies and a personalized message upon arrival was much appreciated. Fresh baked bread with local crisps was delish! Clean, maintained and felt like home!

Everything was perfect!

Ronans house was fabulous - very tastefully decorated - modern yet cosy - had all the facilities we needed for our stay. House is situated in a brilliant area with a playground our kids loved and lots of cafes etc nearby! Ronan was an exceptional host and even facilitated a late check out which made such a difference when travelling with young kids. We were greeted with fresh bread and wine waiting for us on our arrival which was much appreciated after a long journey. We would very much hope to stay again in the future.
