I did not get to spend the time in the property. The host informed me upon arrival in Dar-es-salaam, that the room was not available as she did not remember to reserve it. This was very unprofessional because I now had to look for alternative accommodation. Very Sad!

All , they are layer take my money , no address exist, lady not answering to phone , send me to other place , and other men doesn’t have any idea .

Plenty of shops, fast food joints around. Easy to pinpoint for taxi hailing purposes.

We booked this place, and to our surprise, when we arrived, we were told it was already closed and that we would be sent to another location. He sent us to a place outside the city, which was impossible to reach due to large water puddles (the taxi got stuck and couldn’t get out). When we arrived, the conditions were completely different from what we had booked. We had to leave. It had a shared bathroom, even though we had booked a private one, among many other issues. He refuses to give us a refund and we had to pay all the taxis. This is a scam.

Security wise because its upstairs, very big room with terrace where you can view the area around and private bathroom.

These are fraudsters!! There is no such hotel and when I called the number sent when I paid no one picked.after trying again they and disconnected Even the people in the neighbouring area on location given had never heard of it! I am yet to get back money I paid. Fraudsters!
