we did not end up staying and were refused any refund. the area and the dark interior etc we lft and asked for a part refund and were told that we booked with booking .com and can not get a tefund.

"Perfect for a stop on our 2 week tour of Ireland!"

Very quaint, old property that has been kept up on well. Sits on a small river that leads to the Irish Sea just a mile away. Indoor and outdoor seating. Had everything we needed!

Coffee not ready available until breakfast at 8:30am. I’m an early riser. We found a cute little coffee shop up the road towards Droghada called coffee box. Great coffee and nice people!

"Lovely rural authentic place to stay."

The hotel is quaint and the bedrooms are situated in converted stables. It is situated by a river and is very charming and feels truly authentic and unapologetically Irish in many ways.

As the building is old and in close proximity to the river they seem to be battling with mold which is unfortunate.
