You get all the basic needs for stay: bed, toilet, shower etc. You will also have a good communal area, a good kitchen, laundry... Most importantly, you will have a parking space. The parking lot is at the back of the house so it's relatively private and secure. This means you wouldn't have to worry about your car being stolen or broken.

Loved being close to great supermarket, mall shopping, restaurants and beach. Never saw staff but kitchen and facilities always clean in my 3 day stay. TV available in communal space but preferred to go out, lovely walks and close to Lake Pupuke.

The owner was very kind to let us checked in early as we were exhausted after the flight. The shower & toilet are new ๐
It's a very dated room with an old air-conditioning that didn't work hence we couldn't sleep well in a hot day ๐ฅต Someone left dirty dishes inside the drawer of the bedside table as well.
