sangat teruk!!!!! please jgn stay sini kalau tak nak menyesal, pihak pengurusan cancel tempahan pada pkul 7 mlm tanpa makluman awal, alasan cancel disebabkan mereka tak tahu yg bilik itu ada tempahan, tiada replacement apartment diberikan, disuruh mencari tmpat penginapan sendiri. bila call tak angkat, pihak management sangat tidak bertangungjwb, service sangat teruk,

U ask me to cancel my booking due to renovation but u didn't tell me 24h before . Im already arrived at kuching then u aske to cancel my booking. It make me frustrated

I booked this unit because of its location and convenience, but after payment, the host informed me that the management has banned this type of stay and they could not accommodate me in the unit I booked. They offered to relocate me to another place instead. This caused a lot of disruption to my trip as my plans were made based on the original location. I hope Booking.com ensures only listings that can truly host guests remain online to avoid this happening to others. This might seem like a small change, but I specifically chose this unit because I stay nearby and needed my family to be in the same building for convenience. Relocating them meant extra travel, extra time, and disrupted plans.It is very frustrating that the listing is still live on Booking.com when the host is fully aware they cannot accommodate guests in that unit. Guests should be told about these issues before booking not after payment.I hope Booking.com reviews such listings to ensure they are accurate and up to date, so other travellers do not face the same disappointment and inconvenience.

The location near to my work place

The room was smeel bad and badthroom was blick my family unhappy about this. We try to changed but no respond. Also we add extra money during checkin time.

Last minute inform that apartment can't accommodate for homestay. Need to change to other apartment..

No apartment had been closed, but Booking.com still online for booking. Arrived on apartment only we know the apartment was close already.
