Bright, clean facilities with all amenities. No traffic noise.

Amazing position and building, lovely view, nice apartment, easy check-in&out. Large kitchen.

Just something to know: there isn't an elevator in the building. Actually there isn't a real bedroom, just a bed in a corner, and then a sofa a little bit small fot 2 people. Both of the things were ok for us, but is an useful information

A delightful apartment right in the centre, but perfectly insulated if the lively restaurant buzz became too noisy. The view from the windows was like a fairy tale! So beautiful. The apartment itself is accessed via quite a few stairs, which is both good and not so good. Good for the exercise after eating too many cakes(!) and not so good if anyone has physical difficulties. The building is full of character, and the apartment itself is very well appointed. No oven, no microwave, no TV. But there's so much great food available everywhere that it doesn't matter. The Saturday farmers market is fantastic. Everything is within easy walking distance, and the pedestrian district is a stroke of genius by the town planners. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights and highly recommend.

I disliked the Zymzo check in system. The information was confusing and initially we were led to believe that we would be hammered with a hefty extra charge for arriving outside the designated hours. This was not the case, and access was actually straightforward and easy, so I feel it all needs to be clarified in the Booking.com description. It would have been nice, after a long day of travelling, to find a couple of tea bags. We needed to dump our things and find an open supermarket quite late in the evening. A few simple necessities would have felt very welcoming. Or at least to let guests know that they need to bring all these things, and that there is a Mercator just around the corner (closed on Sunday). A second key would have been helpful. We managed, but it took a bit of juggling at times.

The location was excellent, both for our conference activities and for accessing the old part of Ljubljana. The apartment included small kitchen appliances (appreciated, even though I did not use them, other than the mini-frig), and an attached private toilet/shower room. Access was easy (though I had to learn about Zymzo). It was good that Ljubljana had town-wide WiFi so I could access the information from check-in from my computer after I arrived/while waiting for check-in time. Comfortable, clean apartment -- and more spacious than I expected.

It would have been nice to meet the manager/owner. And it would have been nice to have a place to store my luggage until check-in time (rather than wander around town for several hours until I could check in). For someone without a functioning mobile phone, accessing information was a bit challenging.
