Old Town Theatre Staircase Apartments

Superb location, great views, very nice setting, comfortable and well equipped.

Confusion as in instructions was written key box is on the left of door, but it was on right, making confusion with next-door apartment. Bathroom very small but OK, but the water heather I bumped with my head several times!!!

Excellent location with a stunning view of the castle and the river, really nice flat, good value for money and smooth communication.

Having to install and pay a fee for an APP only to check has been quite annoying. The flat was booked for 2 nights and 4 people and we only got 1 pair of keys and 5 coffee capsules. It would have been nice to adapt the supply to the number of people who booked.

The location was fantastic and the view of the castle was second to none.

The check in process is awful. Very impersonal. You don’t get the details until 4pm on the dot as it is all automated. The details are unclear and you don’t meet the hosts. We have stayed at 5 other properties this summer and they were all far superior in the fact the hosts contacted us directly. Some let us check in early, one has picked us up from the train station and one has printed tickets for us. This place there was nothing just details of how much any extras would cost. We even had to pay a 80 euro security deposit and we haven’t come across any other properties doing this. The bathroom is tiny and the shower overflowed within about 3 minutes of being turned on. The WiFi was poor. I didn’t receive any response from the host when I messaged about the shower issue. The aircon is noisy and only in the kitchen. It’s probably ok for 2 but for 4 it is cramped. The kitchen is also poorly equipped, no bread knife, no chopping board. There are also no curtains or shutters on the windows so we were awake by 6 everyday.

Fantastic location with a view over the river and the castle.

The need to download the Zymzo app to check in: the app is probably convenient for the property (esp. to collect a deposit) but rather annoying for the guest (it does not work smoothly and comes with no advantage over receiving all information by message). 25€ fee for check-in outside the narrow (16:00 to 20:00) time window is hard to justify considering the self-check-in. Recommended public parking close by is quite expensive during a longer stay. It is better to use a park-and-ride option on the outskirts of the town.

The apartment was located on the 2nd floor with an amazing view of the Ljubljana castle and River. It is in the city centre, the bus station and railway station is 14-15 mins away by walk. Many restaurants are closer and you walk to any of them. Grocery stores are nearby as well. Dishes , washing machine, A.C. all are available in the apartment.

I wish they could provide facilities to keep luggage bags after check out that would be great.

The communication was so nice, and I guess this is the best location in the city. Spaсious, clean, comfortable space. Thank you!

The application for keys collecting and the whole set of rules was a challenge for me, in spite of my whole experience in digital services and travel. Would recommend to change that system.

Amazing view and location.

Bathroom is very small, has mold and odor; you should always keep it open, otherwise the odor becomes even stronger. No microwave or oven.
