The building entrance is opened remotely by the property's team. For this reason, it is very important that guests respect the agreed check-in time. Please make sure to arrive within your scheduled check-in hours to ensure a smooth arrival. This apartment is co-hosted by a digital company, and the check-in process is completed via the Digital Receptionist app, which is mandatory. Through the app, you complete your registration and pay the remaining balance of the total booking price that Booking.com did not collect. On the day of arrival, you will receive access instructions there. The app also allows you to request additional services such as early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and additional charges, and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance). You will also pay the security deposit via the app, which is refunded within 7 days after departure, following inspection of the apartment and confirmation that no damage occurred and house rules were respected.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
