They apparently had a field trip booked as well while we stayed took over the whole pool area so we weren't able to get out of the room other than to leave. Would have liked to actually try out other parts of the hotel but with an entire busload of children running loose and a fully booked hotel it wasn't possible

We arrived late after being in the car all day and the pool was already closed. (10pm) This was disappointing but understandable. However we were shocked in the morning to learn pool wasn’t open until 9am. This makes it hard to utilize when you have to be checked out by 11. We specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub then didn’t get to use it. 😔 If the goal is to avoid abuse of amenities by guests, maybe consider opening the pool from 7am-10am then reopening from 12p-10p like the Hilton does.
