USThe breakfast, dinner, the bar, ALL of the staff were just absolutely lovely. My hotel room was very nice. The location was great to go explore Florence.
There was a few tiny (TINY) just nit-picky spots in the hotel room that needed another wipe down. Nothing was dirty though.

The teeny, tiny not-even-dorm-room-size fridge in the room...that didn't even have a freezer in it!! Ridiculous!! If you can make such nice facilities for accommodations, then put a decent-sized fridge in the room that can be useful!!!
