Landing-Midtown Apartments by Barsala

When I got to this property, there were no sheets on the bed. There were stains on the toliet lid. I was able to get my sheets but not until 11pm at night. Stay went good after that. Provided plenty of snacks and other items for my stay. Very nice place and in the perfect location, just wish the sheets were there and bathroom was cleaner.

Great location in a beautiful building

The key pads to enter the building did not work 100 percent of the time. However, there are door codes that can be used in place of the Latch app.

Bed was a bit firm for us

Great find pretty much close to most things in Birmingham. We came for an event at the stadium and it was easy in/out. Would absolutely stay again!

My stay at Landing Midtown was really exceptional… I was very impressed with the comfort and style of the apartment … the convenience of location to the attention to detail in the rooms to the cleanliness of the environment, etc. I would most definitely stay again!!

Convenient location when visiting UAB.

The management for Landing at Landing-Midtown were so very prompt, courteous, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The property itself was in a good location and perfect for our needs. I will be looking at other properties managed by them for future rentals. Overall.... it was perfect!
