Landing-Midtown Apartments by Barsala

Loved having a parking space. Kitchen was nice as we were staying over Thanksgiving. Nice layout and comfortable furniture/bed.

We realize that this is meant to be a longer-term stay/"rent" location but coffee for the Keurig would have been nice. This was out first-time using Landing so the Landing/Latch app was confusing. We ended up only needing the Latch app and we were able to get it straight with our customer support person before we had to check in.

The apt unit was beautifully decorated.

I didn’t like that our unit # & Latch entry info was not correct & it let us enter another woman’s occupied unit. We both had reservations & confirmation #’s for the same unit. VERY VERY SCARRY DANGEROUS SITUATION. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with someone to help us figure it out. The couch was very uncomfortable & caved in the center & there were bugs on the bedding.

The ambience of the room is superb, it was very clean and without disturbing noises from outdoor or room neighbors. The location is a few blocks from downtown, parking on the street is plenty and easy with the new Parking App.

We missed basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. A regular coffee maker would have been more advantageous than a Keurig with only two coffee pods.

Excellent location safe. The property was really clean upscale. The bed was very comfortable all the amenities.

The property wasn’t marked so we had a hard time finding it. We had to stop and ask a couple living in the nearby condos

Location is really solid, with several food and convenience options in a reasonable range. Room itself was very clean and spacious with very good options. Plenty of parking options nearby, includng for the building itself.

The start of my stay had very few instructions on how to get into the building. If you are staying here, you are looking for a single door between the shops at the front. Customer support were friendly and helped accordingly.
