Posizione servizi staff appartamento spazioso e pulito come le posate e pentole in gestione.

Ho usufruito di tanti servizi tutti espressamenti indicati. Non specificato bene il servizio della spa per l'accesso ai bambini e il costo eventuale

Sicuramente la posizione è un punto di forza anche se la pista dietro la struttura era chiusa; il campo scuola e l'accesso alle piste non è distante più di 10 minuti a piedi

Il bagno con la doccia a tendina non è adeguato per il prezzo pagato; lo staff non sempre è stato cordiale e disponibile; le camere non sono adeguatamente insonorizzate: abbiamo avuto dei vicini rumorosi fino alle 23:30 e sembrava di averli in camera.

La vista sulla montagna, la grandezza dell'appartamento e la cucina ben attrezzata. Belli anche gli armadi, grandissimi.

Il servizio del personale non è stato all'altezza del livello del residence. La caldaia in bagno una sera non ha funzionato e l'acqua della doccia era fredda. Il soppalco con soffitto bassissimo tanto da batterci la testa alzandosi dal letto. Il bagno troppo piccolo e scomodo, le porte della doccia toccavano il wc. La sala della colazione piccola e con poco spazio per servirsi.
