Location is excellent

The room windows were very small up in the roof and view was completely blocked by snow

ارتفاع الاسعار عدم الراحة في الغرفة لا يوجد عزل صوت على الاطلاق تسمع جميع الناس من حولك بكل وضوح

مكان الفندق ممتاز قريب على الفعاليات الغرف نظيفه و الموظفين حييل محترمين الاكل حييل مناسب و فيه كل شي و الموظفين عارف و اوندير و جوكهان حيل خدومين

حجزت جناح و الدريشه كانت مو حلوه ما يبين شي و ما يدش هوا

O único problema é que quem não aluga os equipamentos na loja no hotel ,nao pode ter acesso as pistas por ela. Isso é realmente desagradável

Its location was very nice. Just in front of beginner slopes of zone 1. Restaurant was good. Taste was also good with decent choices. They server meals three times a day with complimentary coffee break at 5pm and soup at midnight. There was a ski room right inside the hotel as well which was very convenient. Also, hotel lobby was very beautiful with amazing views.

Standard rooms are very small. Ours specifically was too small because of the room’s slope ceiling (we were on the top floor which i think is for standard rooms). There was NO WIFI in our room throughout our stay of 3 nights. We called them several times our first night and every time they said someone is coming to check and then forget about it. After like 5 calls, they said its under maintenance which somehow wasn’t complete even on our last night. We had to use our sim data throughout. Lightening was quite dim in the room.
