Perfect location. You can go straight onto the slopes from the ski room of the hotel. Hotel was clean and great decor. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Steam room wasn't working, and the sauna is not hot enough. Food was okay but not enough variety. WiFi was very bad. Cut out often and not very strong from our room on 3rd floor.

كانت تجربه جميلة ورائعة والناس بشوشه الفندق يحتاج الى شويا صيانه لكن بوجود غولقان كل شي كان جميل انسان يخدم بقلب الله يسعده ايضا في المطعم كان هناك شخص مبتسم وخدوم جدا جدا اسمه تحسين صراحه دول الاثنين حببوني في المكان

The staff were all so helpful, the food was excellent with lots of choice, the rooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Skiing works differently from Europe with ski equipment hired by the day (1750 TRY for skis boots & poles - or 1500 if you don't need boots - 250 TRY discount for cash). Staff put the boots on for you and take them off - we thought this could be an issue thinking we might have to wait each day - but this was not the case as there was always someone on hand to help quickly. The pistes are not maintained like Europe but may suit borders more as snow is not compacted. The hotel is perfectly located for the slopes.

It was a shame that the turkish bath (steam room) wasn't working & that the jacuzzi was 6000 TRY per hour (c. £103) although a special offer of 5000 TRY was offered this seemed a bizarrely large amount (higher than my monthly membership to my sumptuous UK gym/spa Champneys). Slopes are very short and very few lifts were running. The pistes are not maintained like Europe no piste marking, T-bars only for the first couple of days - of course not the fault of the hotel !!!

Location and ski room. Food is good but could be better. Friendly staff

Smell of the room was smoking .. smell of the buffet area. Very small kids play room and nothing to do at night. The prices of renting ski clothes and goggles. No concierge is available
