One of the nicer hotels in Uludag.

During our stay, the meals provided were almost identical each day, with very limited variation throughout the entire period. More importantly, the ski resort facilities were closed due to a lack of snow. For the full four days of our stay, we were unable to ski. This was particularly disappointing, as the primary reason for choosing Uludağ and paying a premium price for this hotel was specifically to experience snow and skiing. Under these circumstances, we expected the hotel to demonstrate empathy and accountability by offering compensation, alternative arrangements, or other forms of service recovery when the ski facilities were unavailable. However, no such initiative was offered during our stay. As a hotel that positions itself to high standards, this fell short of reasonable guest expectations. In view of the above, we expect the hotel to propose an appropriate form of compensation or remedy for the inconvenience experienced.

Excellent location in Uludag. Right in front of the ski area. All inclusive package is very good.

Locatie van hotel is top voor mensen die willen skiën. Jongens die ons bediende in de lobby waren allemaal erg lief en behulpzaam.

Het hotel is slecht onderhouden. De kamers waren niet schoon en bij het schoonmaken werden alleen de beddenopgemaakt en handdoeken verwisseld voor de werd er niks gedaan. Er was lekkage in de gang. De ramen waren dicht maar je voelde tocht alsnog binnen komen. Hotel viel echt tegen. Maar de locatie voor skiën was top. Helaas hebben we niet kunnen skiën er lag genoeg sneeuw alleen mocht je niet skiën. Wat ook erg jammer was dat er bijna niemand was die Engels sprak of het probeerde.

The shower was broken, the soap was not working and damage bottles, the room was very hot due to fault in the heater we did not comfort nor could sleep at the room , they don’t deserve even 10 dollars

The location is very close to the transportation hub

At night it is quite hot as we cannot control the heater
