It was a decent surrounding area - not too noisy

The only reason we booked here was because it had an outside pool - we booked on Sunday then went to the pool on Monday, and it said it was closed Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm...... no one about but sunbeds blocked to pool - checked out and lost a nights cost

We liked the coziness of the space, we like the amount of amenities available near the property and the inside the room, the instructions were straightforward

We saw a cockroach in the kitchen

The place is good for its value, we enjoyed the stay specially the pool.. complete amenities, its clean, host is friendly.

Loved the location, very quiet and safe, the perfect location for people like me who hate noise and crowds. The room though small was neat and well presented. Loved the free Wi-Fi, internet enabled TV with almost all movie channels accessible, room view (though limited). and that the kitchen had full appliances. Also loved that the hostess was very accommodating when I asked for a late checkout (a fee of PHP1,000 was charged which I didn't mind paying). Hostess also responded very quickly to messages,.

Advertisement said there was a washing machine but there wasn't - so a big let down. Room photos and room view also didn't match reality - i.e. I was given another room from the one I thought I booked. Room size was also very small. The fact that there were two large beds in a room that was very small didn't help either. The bathroom shower curtain was very old and had mold on it. The shower itself could use some cleaning. There should be room service to change out wet towels or bath mats. The shower curtain was also short, which meant water spilling out on to the bath math outside and soaking it. I had to step on the wet bath mat for the 4 nights I was there- a very big inconvenience when you also have to step on the same damp mat when using the toilet as it was a very small space.
