Offers well-appointed room with extra space and comfort, including separate bedrooms. It features a 26-inch flat-screen TV in the master bedroom and a 40-inch flat-screen TV in the lounge area, both with access to over 50 cable channels. The room can be configured as two king beds, one king bed and two single beds, or four single beds. An additional fee of NZ$15 per bed applies for splitting a king bed into two single beds. If bedding is required for a fifth guest, a roll-away bed or baby cot must be requested in advance and will incur an additional charge. Roll-away bed requests can be made in the Special Requests section at the time of booking. Please note that bedding configurations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until arrival. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Facilities are excellent and the staff could not be more helpful. We stayed one night in passing, then returned for a week as we liked it so much. We enjoyed the fact we could walk to the dock area and to the museum and the central shopping area.

Location for our needs. Liked having a table and chairs for meals Liked the complimentary light snack coffee teas. Needed bigger package of complimentary milk Liked larger fridge/freezer unit

Shower nozzle wouldn't stay in place and nozzle pointed towards shower door so when turned on it sprayed out when door opened. Should have been positioned on either side wall. Something to consider when putting in a shower in small spaces

"Practical overnight stay in the CBD"

Good location, close to motorway and Parnell. Clean studio. Access to washing machine and clothes dryer.

Difficult access behind Auckland University buildings. Expensive parking. Air conditioning unit in room could not turn fan level up or down, remained on full speed and sounded like a freight train in the room. Thin mattress and pillows, uncomfortable bed. Shower had uncovered drain hole.
